First of all, after project confirmation every mail from you (to either experts 'team or admin team) must have ‘PROJECT TITLE’ at the subject line in the Mail to track or make clarifications regarding your project. Any new addition (algorithm/ concept) to an existing project has to be updated by mentioning your project ‘PROJECT TITLE’, which will be considered as a new requirement and also it will be charged with additional payments.

As per the confirmed title and research topic, if you require specific formatting and referencing guidelines (Proposal, Paper, Thesis) to be followed as per your university/department, you must provide it in prior after discussion about the project. If not, we will follow our own order and later if you need formatting changes then it will be helped by us with additional charges. It is expected from the client to provide one-time instructions and to stand by that concept throughout the project since changed requirements will cost you additionally.

We strictly stick to the word/page count after a project (Writing based works) is confirmed and any changes in the initial requirement will be considered as a new requirement as negotiation in this regard is not entertained. During the project, we analyze the data/book sources as provided by the researcher/client. If there are any changes required in the data, we can definitely do the same but at an additional cost since expertise needs to spend additional time on your project. The time of 24 hours is the minimum timeline to address any minor technical replies whereas for the major technical queries/replies, the timeline/deadline for addressing the major technical replies / queries will be informed to you within 24 hours.

The modifications and alteration in project (Proposal, Paper and Thesis) will be supported for 2 weeks from the date of delivery. If you raise a major modification, then there will be additional charges to work on it.

Secondly, the development of a project or concept is also aid by our team on a variety of simulation and emulation. The queries from project implementation have to be clarified within 15 working days from the date of project delivered. If not, we are not responsible to modify or give clarification on the implemented concept. The implementation result will be based on the programming code that is built in the tool. We will be responsible if any parameter is missing in the implementation which is already given in the implementation plan. In this case, we are not able to refund the paid charges for implementation.

Finally, all the terms refer to the acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services. Once the project files are dispatched, we will be awaiting feedback/comments (if any) from the client/researcher up to two weeks. In the second week, the client/researcher will be requested formally to get back to us for any minor modifications. Any major modifications will be considered as a new/additional request from this two weeks. After the timeline mentioned above, the client will be informed about the formal closure of the project from the team.

Our constraint regarding the paid costs of return. We will pay the costs of return:

• If the project (Proposal, Implementation, Paper, Thesis or others) are faulty or limited with description,
• If you are ending the agreement because we have told you of an upcoming change to the Project or the Agreement, an error in pricing or description and
• If the requirement is not completely filled even after revisions within the discussed date. Your payments can be given as split payment, but only after settlement of the whole payment, you will be receiving all your requirements.

Clients are allowed to share their view and they can post their queries about the project or services but it should be only from legible client. The legible client are not allowed to use any other person to represent any query regarding the delivered project. Only the corresponding client have to contact us for their own project work, we are answerable only for the person who have discussed with our team from the initial agreement.

The services developed are not for commercial use, the client cannot sell the project or service to others, legal actions are taken on the client who sells the project or services. The third party content present in the site is obtained from the reliable resources only, our company is not solely responsible for the information present in the third part website.

The embedded kit based projects are delivered worldwide in perfect package. We will be testing the developed kit before it is being packed, so we make sure your kit will be delivered by the courier without any damage (We will keep record). While, if there any delay in delivery or damage in the delivered product, then it will take a some time (Build Duration ~ 5-10 Days) to replace. The replacement will include additional charges due to the transportation charges for courier.
